We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience to our salon clients.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with professional hairdressers, salon owners, Barbers and beauticians. You'll assist with product enquiries, process orders, resolve customer issues, and work closely with the owners to provide an exceptional level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- A strong understanding of Hairdressing products & services.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to product enquiries and recommend suitable solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the warehouse regarding stock availability and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our business systems.
- Process Internet orders.
- Keep up to date withe changes within the industry .

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, wholesale, or sales support.
- A minimum of 3 years Experience within the hairdressing industry.
- Knowledge of professional haircare brands and salon products is an advantage but not essential—training will be provided.
