We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Commercial Insurance team in Melbourne working with Kerri Thomas and Jehan Mata.
About the team and the work
- The role offers exposure to a broad range of public liability and property damage claims.
- The team also provide coverage advice to insurers and pursues recovery actions for first party property losses.
- Clients include Australian and international insurers and self-insured corporates.
- This role will suit an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel who is looking for a clear progression path, enjoys mentoring junior team members, and is eager to play a key role in business development.
- The team embraces working flexibly and therefore we welcome applications from candidates who are looking for flexibility in their next role.

- At least 5 years' experience gained in a well-regarded defendant insurance practice
- Experience in liability and professional indemnity matters is essential

- Willingness to mentor junior team members and be involved in business development activities.
