ABOUT THE ROLE
If you're looking for a role with variety and working from home (plus visiting clients) this is the role for you. You will have the chance to positively affect the lives of multiple clients, and every day will bring new challenges and exciting opportunities to learn.
The key focus of this role includes:
- Roster management and liaising with both clients and staff with a strong focus on customer service.
- Reviewing and developing Care Plans and utilising your Registered Nurse qualification in a white-collar capacity
- Fill emergency shifts through our industry leading roster system.
- Recruitment including advertising,
screening, and interviewing new staff.
- Providing guidance, advise and support to our field employees (Support Workers and Nurses.
- Ensuring a high level of client and candidate compliance
This role will report into the Operations Manager where you will receive extensive hands-on support from Carehero leadership.
We are growing and looking for someone driven continue to develop and grow with our organisation.
Carehero utilises a state-of-the-art rostering and staff onboarding system, offering clients and staff - visibility, control, and real time collaboration to ensure they are the stars, and we are the supporting act.
This role will work within a hybrid model through our office network and working from home.
ABOUT YOU
To make this role your own, you will have the following attributes:
- Background in the disability field as a carer or administrator (or both)
- Registered Nurse looking to work business hours
- Passion for customer service and going above and beyond.
- Strong administrative skills including Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
- Exceptional time management skills and a thirst to learn.
- A good sense of humour because we like having fun (and so do our clients)
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Be solutions focused and have plenty of new ideas to continuously improve.
