Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support your team with ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, from planning rosters and managing costs to ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Empower the FOH team with the right training, tools, and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Champion service standards by fostering teamwork, running daily briefings, and working closely with other hotel departments.
- Take ownership of guest satisfaction, responding quickly and professionally to feedback and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Partner with senior management on staffing, compliance,
and performance initiatives within the Food & Beverage team.
- Keep a sharp eye on stock, costs, and resources, ensuring the operation runs efficiently and sustainably.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, always looking for ways to elevate the guest journey and team performance.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a premium à la carte setting.
- A polished, professional approach with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the confidence to lead under pressure.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable transport to get to and from shifts.
