About the Role

We are looking for a charismatic, enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Face-to-Face Sales Representative to engage with customers at shopping centres and promotional locations. You'll introduce customers to our unique supercar holidays, build excitement around our products, and convert interest into ultimate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with members of the public in a professional and friendly manner.
- Promote Supercar Holidays packages.
- Generate qualified leads and secure bookings.
- Explain product features, pricing, and available promotions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Supercar Holidays brand.
- Accurately record customer information using CRM systems.

What We're Looking For





- Previous face-to-face sales, direct sales, retail, or promotional experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Passion for luxury cars, travel, or customer experiences is highly desirable.

Salary

- Base salary + uncapped commission
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $80,000–$150,000+ per year depending on performance.
