We specialise in made-to-order salads and nutrient-dense bowls with bold Asian flavours — fresh, clean food executed with precision in a high-volume setting. Our focus is speed, consistency and delivering a premium experience in one of Australia’s most iconic beachside locations.

- Experience in high-turnover, fresh food environments
- Confident taking orders and engaging with customers
- Ability to move seamlessly between BOH and FOH
- Excellent food safety standards and attention to detail
- Calm, efficient and composed under pressure
- Strong communication and polished presentation
