Sales & Leasing Assistant

This is an entry level job and ideal for someone looking to commence their real estate career with a can do and willing to learn attitude.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Prospecting for new business – residential & commercial

· Sales administration

· Preparing and assisting with open homes/ onsite auctions

· Assisting with inspections & following up with clients

· Coordinating the marketing campaigns

· Data management

The successful candidates will require:

· A current real estate Certificate of Registration





· A current driver's licence & car

· Well presented, excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

· Highly organised and robust attention to detail

· Strong time management skills – punctual & reliable

· A can do attitude & great work ethics

· Work on Saturdays & out of business hours as required
