We are looking for candidates who have experience in retail finance and insurance and a great attitude and work ethic. Experience in the automotive industry is not essential, but would be an advantage. The role of Finance and Insurance Manager involves meeting every potential customer, maximising income from the sale of finance, insurance and warranty products, being part of the sales team and developing and training sales staff in the method required for correct referral of customers.
