Angel Seafood is looking for a Construction Team Leader to join our expanding business on the Eyre Peninsula!

(Please note that permanent Australian residency is required for this role)

About the Role

In this role, your duties as a Construction Team Leader will include but not be limited to:

- Coordinating/leading teams in day-to-day activities to achieve desired outcomes
- Liaising with our Construction Manager on current & upcoming projects
- Strategic planning/carrying out of projects within timelines and budgets




- Adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assisting in completing projects within timeframes & budget
- Recording and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly outcomes, objectives & issues.

(This role will also require work across our Cowell, Haslam, Streaky and Coffin Bay locations where needed.)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Skills & Experience

- Full Australian working rights essential
- Proven leadership experience in similar role essential
- Vessel operations & GPS plotting/navigation
- Demonstrated knowledge of bays & lease/license areas
- Ability to operate plant & machinery i.e. excavators
- Intermediate computer skills (incl. Excel, Zoom, reporting, etc.).

Qualifications & Licenses

- Coxswains grade 1
- CV and FL High Risk licenses essential
- Current First Aid
- Current driver's license with agriculture endorsement
