About the Role This role offers the perfect blend of clinic and community work, supporting children and adults across the NDIS and community sectors to build communication, swallowing, social interaction and functional life skills that make a genuine difference.

You'll:

- Complete comprehensive communication, language, speech and swallowing assessments.
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each client's goals.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in the clinic, community and home environments.
- Support clients, families, carers and support teams through education, coaching and practical strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals.
- Manage a varied caseload across the lifespan / paediatrics with opportunities to explore your clinical interests.
- Receive regular mentoring, clinical supervision and structured professional development.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.

What You'll Need

- Bachelor (or equivalent) in Speech Pathology.
- Current Speech Pathology Australia Registration (SPA).
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
