- Role requirements: Demonstrate knowledge of; General Maintenance | Joinery | Door Repairs | Painting Skills
- Experience in a similar maintenance position
- Current drivers license
- Ability to work at heights and on elevated platforms up to 11 metres
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as being a flexible member of the team
- Ability to operate a variety of hand and power equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Measure and calculate angles, lengths and volumes
- Prepare transparent and concise reports
