The Role

Proview Scaffolding is looking for a detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our Operations and Yard team in Milperra. This is a critical role focused on the heartbeat of our logistics—balancing the daily challenge of scheduling with the long-term reliability of our fleet.

Reporting to the Yard Manager, you will ensure our trucks and drivers are secure, compliant, and exactly where they need to be to support our project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Operational Excellence: You’ll be the primary point for allocating trucks and drivers to projects, ensuring we minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
- Fleet Integrity: Take ownership of vehicle servicing, repairs, and proactive maintenance schedules to keep our fleet downtime to an absolute minimum.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and maintain meticulous records for registrations, licenses, and safety logs to meet high compliance standards.
- Team Support: Supervise and guide our truck drivers,



fostering a culture that adheres strictly to safety and operational policies.

Who You Are

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of logistical "street smarts" and experience:

- A Planner: You can manage multiple priorities and ensure the flow of our trucks is operating efficiently and effectively, everyday.
- A Communicator: You are clear, concise, and approachable, able to build strong partnerships with both internal teams and drivers.
- A Safety Advocate: You have a sound understanding of transport coordination and a "safety-first" mindset when it comes to vehicle inspections.
- Experience with Route Planning: You will have a good understanding of planning effetive and efficient routes for our drivers and remain well organised.

Proven experience in transport coordination, fleet management, or dispatch operations is required. Experience within the scaffolding or construction industry is highly desirable.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
