Salary: AUD 300,000 – 800,000+ per annum (based on billings and experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and patient-focused General Practitioners (GPs) to join well-established mixed-billing medical clinics across Queensland, Australia. Opportunities are available for Fellowed GPs, GP Registrars, and Overseas-Trained Doctors currently practicing under approved supervision pathways.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct health assessments, preventive care, and health promotion activities.
- Develop and implement patient management and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, and specialists.
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with Australian healthcare standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for registration.
- Fellowship with Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP)



or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM), or currently working towards Fellowship.
- Eligibility under FSP or PFP pathways with Level 3 equivalent supervision or above.
- Previous General Practice experience in Australia or overseas.
- Australian hospital experience is highly desirable.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and community-focused healthcare settings.

Remuneration

- Fellowed GPs: 65% of billings.
- GP Registrars: Remuneration as per AGPT guidelines.
- Expected annual gross billings typically range between AUD 300,000 and AUD 800,000+, depending on:
- Hours worked
- Patient volume
- Clinical interests and specialties
- Individual billing practices
