Kurrawa Surf Club is a landmark destination in the heart of Broadbeach, renowned for its great food, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning beachfront location. We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver high-quality meals to our members and guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard in line with our menu

- Assisting with stock control, rotation, and ordering





- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen in line with food safety standards

- Working efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Supporting the Executive Chef, Sous Chef and broader kitchen team

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience as a Chef or Cook (club, pub, or restaurant experience highly regarded)

- Thrives in a busy kitchen environment

- Takes pride in food presentation and consistency

- Works well in a team and communicates effectively

- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and passion for great food
