Gisborne Smash Repairs Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join our growing team family friendly workplace in Recent Gisborne, Victoria.

As a Panel Beater, you will play an important role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality panel beating, repair, and metal fabrication work.
- Repair and reshape damaged vehicle panels using specialised tools and equipment.
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve efficient workshop outcomes.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in panel beating and vehicle repairs.
- Strong skills in welding and metal fabrication.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.




- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).

Remuneration

Wage and working hours negotiable based on experience, skills, and qualifications. We are happy to discuss remuneration with suitable candidates during the interview process.

Hours of Work

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Optional overtime available
- Saturday work available
