Happy Feet Swim School is a brand new, purpose-built learn to swim facility in North Parramatta. We are looking for enthusiastic Swim Teachers to join our growing team and help children build confidence, water safety skills and a lifelong love of swimming.

About the role

You will help children develop confidence and essential water safety skills by delivering fun, safe and engaging swimming lessons.

Responsibilities include:

- Teaching children from infants through to school-aged swimmers
- Creating a positive and encouraging learning workplace




- Building relationships with students and families
- Providing feedback and supporting student progression
- Working collaboratively with our team

About you

We are looking for Swim Teachers who are:

- Passionate about teaching children
- Reliable, enthusiastic and positive
- Confident communicating with children, parents and colleagues
- Committed to delivering high-quality swimming lessons
- Team-focused and professional

Experience teaching infants and young children is highly regarded.

Essential requirements

- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or Swim Australia Teacher qualification
- Current CPR qualification
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Availability

Weekday, afternoon and weekend shifts are available. Weekend availability is highly regarded.

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (Required)
- AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia Licence or equivalent (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
