Join the passionate team at Little World Early Learning in Worongary, QLD.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant early learning community. This part-time role will see you Leading our Pre-Kindy Room (3-4yr olds) to provide exceptional care and learning experiences for our Little World learners.

What you'll be doing

- Leading the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational programs for children aged 3-4 years
- Leading the delivery of engaging learning experiences that promote the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of senior toddlers
- Ensuring a protected, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Collaborating with the team to observe, document and assess each child's progress
- Building strong partnerships with families to support continuity of care and learning
- Upholding all Centre policies, procedures and legislative requirements

What we're looking for

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience working with children aged 3-4 years in an early learning environment
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with children aged 3-4 years




- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and CPR certification
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- Available for Immediate to 4 weeks start time is required for this position
- Australian work rights are required for this position
