About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Logistics Operator to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate vehicle movements, communicate with transport providers and customers, and ensure smooth daily operations from booking to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle transportation schedules and deliveries.
- Liaise with customers, transport carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Track vehicle movements and provide regular delivery updates.
- Prepare and manage transport documentation and delivery records.
- Schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries efficiently.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records using logistics management systems.
- Ensure all operations comply with company procedures and safety requirements.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, vehicle operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid Australian work rights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandarin speaking is highly preferred, as a significant portion of our customer base communicates in Mandarin.
- Knowledge of Australian transport and logistics operations is desirable.
