Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing services to clients in Carrum Downs, VIC.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care while supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home nursing care
- Conduct clinical assessments
- Medication management and administration
- Wound care and other nursing procedures as required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and the Care Tribe Services team
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance (preferred)
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Right to work in Australia
