Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Lead Technician in the execution of on-site and workshop scopes of work; and, in the absence of a Senior Technician, providing support to the Base Supervisor with job allocation for the following day where required.
- Responsible for assisting all fellow employees in a supportive manner as an integral part of working as a team.
- Responsible to complete and maintain a daily diary.
- Responsible to maintain the cleanliness/tidiness in the immediate area of your work, both in the workshop and on site.
- Responsible to promote and market Furmanite services, products and business solutions.
- Responsible to comply with the Quality System for the supply of services and products to our clients in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.




- Responsible to comply with Furmanite company policies and procedures, as wide-ranging from time to time.

Requirements:

- With Fitter & Turner, or Fitter Machinist or other relevant skill
- Trade certificate is highly preferable
- Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s License.
- Must hold a Construction Card
- Ability to work Onshore, offshore and on remote site.
- Ability to work shift work
- Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication in the English language
- Computer literacy an advantage.
