Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel serves a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service assigned guest rooms to the required standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and features.
- Adhere to all guest privacy and security protocols.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping trolleys, ensuring they are well-supplied and neatly presented.

What We’re Looking For:

- A proactive, responsible, and adaptable attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
