Join the team at Vista'Mare, the newest addition to the a'Mare Italian dining precinct at Crown Sydney.

We're looking for experienced and energetic Casual Baristas to join our morning team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can consistently produce exceptional coffee under pressure, and enjoy delivering warm hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Requirements

- Full Australian working rights
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- NSW RSA Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant
- Confident working in a medium to high-volume coffee workplace
- Availability for early morning starts, including weekends
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality coffee
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to obtain and pass a Crown police compliance check

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in premium hospitality venues
- Knowledge of Italian coffee culture
- Italian language skills are a bonus

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare exceptional coffee and espresso beverages to a consistently high standard
- Deliver warm, genuine customer service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
