Job Title: Experienced Scaffolder

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffold for a variety of construction and maintenance projects. The role requires a solid commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork while ensuring all scaffolding is built in accordance with relevant standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Erect, alter, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all scaffolding complies with relevant safety legislation, standards, and company procedures.
- Conduct pre-start checks and routine inspections of scaffold components and completed structures.
- Identify and report hazards, defects, or unsafe work practices.
- Work safely at heights using appropriate fall protection equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting scaffold materials.
- Collaborate with supervisors, clients, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
- Mentor apprentices and less experienced scaffolders where required.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience as a Scaffolder in commercial, industrial, civil, or construction environments.
- Relevant High Risk Work Licence (Scaffolding – Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced, as required).
- Current Construction White Card.




- Strong knowledge of scaffold systems, components, and safe work practices.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).

We are looking for labourers as well as experienced scaffolders. Even if you have your own team and do contract work we are happy to work with you as well.

Labourer- starts $30- $35

Scaffolder - start $40-45

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
