The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented commercial litigator with 3–5 years’ post-admission experience to join our small, high-performing team. This is a hands-on role where you will run your own matters, manage client relationships directly, and operate with genuine autonomy from the outset.



You will work closely with senior practitioners who are invested in your development and committed to your success.

This is not a document review role. You will be on your feet, in court, advising clients, and doing work that matters.

About You

- 3–5 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation, ideally at a top or mid-tier private firm

- Solid technical skills with the ability to manage complex matters with limited supervision

- Exceptional written and oral communication — this is non-negotiable

- Proven ability to manage files and client relationships independently

- Sharp, outcome-focused, and committed to doing the job properly
