Essential Requirements
- Applicants must currently be residing in Australia
- Applicants must have full unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be given preference

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality Japanese dishes
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
- Monitor food costs and minimise waste
- Order and manage stock and kitchen supplies
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Train and support junior kitchen staff
- Work closely with the Head Chef and management team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef
- Experience in Japanese cuisine is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy service
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
