This is a hands on role for an experienced warehouse supervisor or team leader seeking to step up into a more responsible position.

This is a small warehouse and you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse.

You will be actively involved in all aspects including:

- Picking/packing
- Forklift driving - Counterbalance and High Reach
- Loading and unloading trucks,
- Inventory control
- Receiving and despatch
- Customer service
- Achievement of KPI's
- Maintenance and organization of warehouse including tidiness
- Enforcement of WHS
- Tool meeting management

Essential Requirements:

To succeed in this role you will need attention to detail,



have solid problem solving skills and the ability to motivate and supervise a staff of 8-10 storemen and delivery drivers.

You will report directly to the Managing Director.

An immediate start is envisaged for this role.
