We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our Truganina store. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and ensuring our store is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages

- Providing outstanding customer service

- Serving and packaging donuts and other products

- Operating the POS and handling customer transactions

- Restocking displays and maintaining store presentation

- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

- Working collaboratively with the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail, hospitality, café, or customer service experience is highly regarded





- Barista experience is an advantage but not essential

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace

- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

- A team player with a strong work ethic

Availability

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday between 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts within these hours is essential.

- Early morning availability is required.
