THE ROLE

Great restaurants are built on great floor teams. We're looking for experienced, polished wait staff who understand that service is an art — that the sequence of service isn't a checklist but a rhythm, that knowing the menu inside out is a baseline not a bonus, and that every table deserves to feel like the only table in the room.

This is a casual role at our recent Kent Town restaurant. We want people who have been around the industry long enough to take genuine pride in what great service looks like — and who are excited to deliver it somewhere new, with a team that shares that standard.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING





- Delivering a seamless, attentive, and genuinely memorable dining experience for every guest.
- Running the full sequence of service with confidence — from greeting through to farewell.
- Building deep knowledge of our food and beverage menu and communicating it with enthusiasm.
- Upselling wine, cocktails, and specials through honest recommendations and great timing.
- Handling feedback and complaints gracefully — always aiming for a great last chapter.
- Keeping your section pristine and supporting the team to deliver a flawless service.

YOU ARE

- Experienced in a restaurant or fine dining environment with a confident, polished service style.
- Knowledgeable about food and wine — and passionate about sharing that knowledge with guests.
- Holder of a current RSA certification (mandatory).
- Reliable, well-presented, and proud of the standard you set on every shift.
- Available for casual shifts across lunch and dinner services including weekends.
