- Proven experience as a Test Analyst within Utilities or related industries.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to Utilities (e.g., IS‑U, PM, CRM, Billing, Work Management).
- Experience with Field Service Management platforms.
- Salesforce Field Service experience is highly advantageous.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work in rapid‑paced, multi‑vendor project environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to large‑scale digital transformation programs.
- Experience with automation tools or frameworks.
- Knowledge of integration testing across enterprise systems.
