We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our team in Highett.About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for leading store operations and the team. You will play a key role in driving sales, delivering great customer service, and ensuring the store runs smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and manage a retail team
- Oversee daily store operations
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage inventory, stock control and merchandising
- Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated issues
- Train and develop staff
- Maintain store presentation and standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills




- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends and retail trading hours

What We Offer

- Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year
