About the Position
As a Residential Support Worker, you will help provide a safe,
supportive and welcoming home environment for children and young people in care. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll support everyday activities, build positive relationships and help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
- Level 2 SCHCADS Award
- Competitive hourly rates: $45.28 to $49.41 per hour (Casual) or $36.22 to $39.53 per hour (Part-time) + Superannuation + applicable penalty rates.
- Part-time team members also enjoy Salary Packaging, Cultural Leave, Wellbeing Leave, Annual Leave, Personal Leave and other paid leave entitlements.
- Part-time opportunities are offered on a contract basis until 31 December 2026, with possibility of extension subject to ongoing government funding.
