Are you an experienced female Personal Care Assistant looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to support our clients with varying needs of care.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to our client's home to provide comprehensive, hands-on support tailored to their individual needs.
- Deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, safety, and overall wellbeing.
- Monitor and respond to changes in their health and behaviour; maintaining transparent and timely communication with the wider care team.
- Adapting care plans to ensure our client receives the highest standard of support.

MUST HAVE's:





- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance or willingness to undertake one.
- Fluent English - excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Victorian Driver Licence
