The Role:

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join an cutting-edge and pioneering investment management company to implement BI Solutions for a brand new tech transformation.

- Utilise Python for data manipulation, analysis, and integration within BI workflows, including scripting and automating processes to enhance BI functionalities.
- Harness your expertise in Power BI to develop and maintain data-driven dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide valuable insights and drive business decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end data analysis process, from data collection to model building and interpretation.
- Develop, maintain conceptual, logical, and implement physical data models along with the technical metadata using the industry best practices and principles.
- Craft and maintain advanced data models to facilitate reporting and analysis, ensuring optimization for performance and scalability.
- Uphold data accuracy and integrity throughout the BI and Analytics process, employing measures to validate and uphold data quality standards.
- Establish and execute a resilient BI and Analytics framework aligned with organizational objectives, setting benchmarks for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.




- Employ cutting-edge analytics methods for predictive modeling and data projection, exploring novel approaches to uncover latent insights within datasets.
- Monitor BI solution performance and enact optimizations as needed, conducting regular assessments to maintain the effectiveness of data models and visualizations.
- Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide valuable insights and drive business decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end life cycle of BI and Analytics. Engage, collaborate, and partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and lead them through to delivery

This is a Hybrid working environment : Flexible WFH / Office arrangements

Ideally, you will have:

- Advanced experience in working with Power BI on reporting solutions
- Advanced experience using Python for data manipulation, analysis and integration capabilities
- 5+ years experience in data analytics engineering
- Extensive understanding of dimensional modelling, conceptual and logical data models, confirmed modelling, BI and analytics best practices, ETL/ELT, and data governance
- Investment Management and/or Superannuation knowledge is advantageous
- You must have full working rights in Australia to apply
