We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Professional, reliable, honest, and of good character with a solid work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese (bilingual communication is essential).
- Previous experience in a Cantonese restaurant, Chinese banquet restaurant, or Yum Cha restaurant will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience.
