About the Role

As a Diploma or Cert III Educator at Bright Steps Academy Elizabeth East, you will play an important role in launching and building a high-quality early learning environment. You will:

- Create nurturing, engaging learning environments that support each child's development
- Work collaboratively with educators to deliver quality programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the development of daily routines, room set-up, and learning spaces in a brand new centre
- Contribute to planning,



documentation, and reflective practice to meet quality standards
- Maintain safe supervision and promote inclusion, wellbeing, and belonging for every child
- Ensure practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards

What You'll Bring

- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
- A genuine passion for early learning and supporting children to thrive
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and early childhood best practice
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach
- Current Working With Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
- Full Australian working rights
