TASTING ROOM/BAR STAFF

Here are the duties and responsibilities for the position:

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them in navigating our tasting room/bar.
- Offer helpful guidance on our large range of products to enhance their experience.
- Conduct enjoyable cellar door tastings, sharing insights into our spirits with customers.
- Mix and serve delicious cocktails following our recipes and customer preferences.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep the tasting room/bar clean and organised, including restocking inventory and washing glassware.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for our guests.
- Stay updated on our products and participate in training to provide the best service possible.





Skills and Experience:

- Casual position, approximately 1–2 days per week.
- Availability to work weekends is essential, as most shifts will be on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Occasional weekday shifts may be available during busy periods, school holidays, and special events.
- Availability between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- Current RSA certification.
- Friendly, engaging, and confident personality.
- Helpful, qualified, and customer-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting stock when required.
