TERMI Home & Commercial is looking for experienced Wall and Floor Tilers for existing and upcoming projects in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs Regional area.

Duties & responsibilities of a Wall and Floor Tiler:

- Lay tiles as per customer order/specifications, patterns, layouts
- Prepare job site by measuring, marking out the area, and arranging the tiles in patterns as per work order.
- Applying the required amount of adhesive to prepared areas and tiles to ensure proper bonding.
- Apply grout accurately to secure tiles in place.
- Cutting tiles to the needed sizes and shapes using relevant tools
- Working with different type of tiles such as, travertine, porcelain, limestone, ceramic, Mosaic
- Cleaning, prepping and priming walls and floors, including removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive, filling holes or cracks for a smooth base, and performing general cleaning.




- Attention to detail -ensuring that tiles are spaced evenly
- Installing waterproofing systems on designated surfaces (if required).

Qualification/Skills Required:

The ideal candidate must possess a

- Certificate IV in Wall and Floor Tiling, or certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling with on-the-job training or 2 years post qualification experience, or
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a skilled Wall and Floor Tiler
- Positive practical skills
- The ability to follow design plans
- Accuracy and attention to detail
