Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for an experienced and reliable Storeworker to join our distribution team in Palmyra, Perth. This is a full-time day shift role working 6am – 2:06pm.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Receivables Manager, this full-time position involves receiving stock from suppliers and replenishing stock in our Freezer department on a day-to-day basis. If you have worked in a food/FMCG/logistics warehouse before, have a outstanding attitude, and have forklift experience, this position could be for you.
Your day-to-day routine will look something like this:
- Replenishing stock
- Checking deliveries and raising discrepancies.
- Unload using forklifts and zippy units.
- Putting away stock using high reach forklift.
- General cleaning & housekeeping duties as required.
- Other warehouse duties as assigned by the manager.
All about you
- Good attention to detail.
- Good numerical and counting skills - Essential
- Hold a current LF license with at least 6-12 months of high reach experience is preferred.
- Have prior experience working in a busy warehouse environment (advantageous).
- A good understanding of HACCP requirements will be beneficial.
- Understand all aspects of OH&S; compliance.
- Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times
