Assistant Centre Director | Milestones Early Learning Ashmont

Milestones Early Learning Ashmont is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Centre Director to join our team in a full-time capacity, working across rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous leadership experience within an early education and care environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children, families, and fellow educators.
- The ability to support centre operations, mentor team members, and contribute to a positive centre culture.
