EIR Labour Hire is seeking experienced Site Supervisors for Civil construction projects.
Where?
Active construction and civil infrastructure project sites across Angle Vale.
What Do I Get?
- $150,000 Annually
- Company Vehicle
$53.00 per hour + $22.41 Travel Allowance per day + super. Salary packages available for the right candidate.
What Will I Be Doing?
Your day-to-day will include:
- Civil Supervisor overseeing subdivision projects from commencement through to completion.
- Supervising crews and maintaining productivity on site.
- Managing works involving deep sewer, stormwater and watermain infrastructure.
- Building strong relationships with crews and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years' subdivision supervisory experience with proven team leadership.
What Do I Need?

You'll be the key point of contact on site - managing labour, coordinating subbies and keeping the project moving. You'll report to a Project Manager who trusts you to run the site professionally.
