Property Officer

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Organise and attend open homes and private inspections
- Conduct In-going/Outgoing & Periodic Inspections
- Respond to incoming enquiries
- Process rental applications and reference check tenants
- Organise lease documentation and sign up new tenants
- Assist Property Managers with property management tasks
- Generate new business

The successful candidates will require:





- Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- A Current Driver's Licence & Car
- Polite and Confident Phone Manner
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Attractive Salary Package with Car Allowance & Incentive Commission Scheme for the right candidate.

Pay: $68,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
