- Temporary full-time opportunity up to 12 months based in Parramatta, Sydney or Gosford with hybrid and flexible working options available

SafeWork NSW is the state's workplace health and safety regulator. About the role:

As a Project Officer, you will provide project management for a range of training and capability initiatives. You will work closely with project leads, subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training and development projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Design, develop and maintain learning resources and training programs for both online and face-to-face delivery.
- Develop engaging digital learning resources using learning authoring software, multimedia tools and video editing applications.




- Apply adult learning principles and contemporary instructional design methodologies in the development and delivery of learning solutions
- Consult and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and support the development, review and implementation of training resources.
- Evaluate training programs and learning resources, analyse feedback and performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on training participation, effectiveness and outcomes to management.

About You:

You are a highly experienced training and development professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to initiatives that support learning and workforce capability.

You will bring:

- Experience in coordinating training and development projects, programs or initiatives
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to coordinate multiple activities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in designing and developing learning resources for face to face and online delivery
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.




- Experience using learning authoring tools and video editing software to create engaging online learning resources and multimedia content would be highly desirable.
