About the Role

We are currently seeking Production Operators to join our fast-paced packing facility. These are hands-on roles responsible for operating machinery and ensuring the effective processing, grading, and packing of fresh produce.

You will play a key role in maintaining production flow, product quality, and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machinery (washing, grading, packing lines)
- Set up equipment and ensure optimal performance during shifts
- Monitor controls, gauges, and product flow
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate where required




- Conduct cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance tasks
- Inspect product quality and remove non-conforming items
- Pack, label, and prepare product for dispatch
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all WHS and food safety requirements
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets

Skills & Experience

- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
