Century Venues, Events and Artists is seeking applications for the position of Head of Ticketing manage our team of Ticketing Coordinators and Customer Service Agents. across the iconic Enmore, Metro and Factory Theatres, The Sydney Comedy Store and The Concourse Chatswood Performing Arts Centre as well as The Sydney & Perth Comedy Festivals.

The successful applicant will be reporting to the group's COO and must have ticketing, administrative and managerial industry experience.

You will be responsible for:

- Helping to develop, guide and motivate a team of capable Ticketing Coordinators and Box Office Attendants.
- Maintaining quality and standard of your teams work
- Minimising staff turnover and maximising productivity
- Building, auditing and managing all ticketed events within the Century Group
- Liaising with clients
- Rostering recruiting and managing of casual staff
- Overseeing and auditing all Customer facing enquires
