Ramsay Visuals is a Melbourne-based media company producing high-end video content across a huge range of industries - trade, hospitality, allied health, beauty & wellness, fitness, e-commerce, corporate, and more. We're a growing team building something exciting in the media space, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The Role

- In office videography for a wide range of clients and industries
- Creative direction on shoots
- Scripting and storyboarding tailored to each client's brand and goals
- Coordinating with other team members to keep shoots running smoothly
- Editing and post-producing content, from raw footage to polished, publish-ready videos
- Working across diverse niches including trade & construction, hospitality, allied health, beauty & wellness, fitness, e-commerce, and corporate content

What You'll Need

- Experience directing on-site filming sessions is essential
- Your own camera - ideally full-frame, minimum Sony A7S III or better
- A strong understanding of social media-tailored content, with the ability to script and ideate based on each client's specific needs
- Solid post-production/editing experience is essential - this is a hybrid videographer/editor role,



and you'll be expected to edit your own (and potentially others') footage
- Proven experience filming and editing content, backed by an existing portfolio (Applications without a portfolio or proof of work will not be considered.)

Nice to Have

- Additional equipment - microphones, tripods, drones, gimbals, etc. (please detail what you own in your cover letter)

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
