As a Venue Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team, create the positive energy we're known for, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look the same. You'll coach and develop your team, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver robust venue performance. What you’ll be doing:

- Lead from the front – deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team every shift.
- Develop great people – provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to help team members grow and perform at their best.
- Drive performance – support sales growth while managing labour and COGS to achieve commercial targets.
- Own the operations – oversee rostering, stock management, ordering, cash handling, venue administration, and compliance.
- Build an incredible culture – recruit, onboard, lead, and retain a team that 'SHARES THE CHI'!
- Champion operational excellence – ensure exceptional standards across guest experience, product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Lead with accountability – take ownership of venue performance, team engagement, training completion, and operational execution.

What we're looking for:

- Proven leadership experience within hospitality, retail, or QSR environments.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of labour management, COGS,



and driving venue performance.
- Confidence managing day-to-day operations, administration, compliance, and stock control.
- A strong communicator who leads by example and builds connected, high-performing teams.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resilient, and always looking to improve.
- Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday rotating roster.
- Passionate about people, culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.
