Sydney Seaplanes Lounge is a premium waterfront venue overlooking Rose Bay, offering exceptional food, drinks and service in one of Sydney's most unique hospitality settings. We're looking for an experienced, energetic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while preparing quality beverages for our restaurant guests and private events.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Making classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Managing bar stock and notifying management of stock requirements
- Processing customer orders and payments accurately
- Following RSA requirements and venue procedures
- Assisting the floor team when required




- Contributing to opening and closing duties

What We're Looking For

- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
- Current NSW RSA certificate (essential)
- Cocktail knowledge and experience preparing a range of beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Barista experience is an advantage, but not essential
