We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our clinical team across AM, PM, and Night shifts.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at HillView Care, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting and guiding our care staff. You’ll work closely with Registered Nurses and the wider care team to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and individualised care at all times.

This is a hands-on role where your clinical skills, compassion, and professionalism will directly contribute to residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering safe and effective nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical standards

- Assisting with medication administration and clinical documentation under RN direction

- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ condition





- Supporting and supervising care staff to ensure best practice care delivery

- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team

- Promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life for all residents

What We’re Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

- Previous experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)

- Experience working with residents living with dementia

- Availability to work AM, PM, and/or Night shifts

- Solid clinical assessment and documentation skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to change

- A genuine passion for providing high-quality, resident-centred care

- Permanent Australian Residency or Citizenship

- Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
