The Role

We’re seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, people-first Receptionist / Executive Assistant Intern for an 8-week paid, part-time internship (2–4 shifts/week, including at least one weekend day). This is onsite at Archerfield—a perfect entry into aviation and customer service. High performers may transition into a permanent role.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome with warmth: greet guests and students; set a calm, upbeat tone from the first hello.
- Manage phones and inbox with a courteous, clear style (smiles you can hear).
- Book and schedule flights using our aviation systems and third-party providers.
- Keep customer/student records tidy in our CRM; follow up confirmations and enquiries.
- Support daily ops: check-ins, voucher redemptions, paperwork, basic invoicing.
- Take initiative on sales/marketing (upsells, mini-promos, partnerships).
- Post occasional social media (quick stories/reels, behind-the-scenes moments).
- Provide light executive admin support to the leadership team.

- Tech-confident with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), booking systems, and CRMs.
- Available part-time onsite (2–4 shifts/week; one weekend day).

Prerequisites

- Valid working rights in Australia (visa holders must have appropriate permissions).
- Able to work onsite at Archerfield, Brisbane.
- Reliable transport to/from Archerfield.
