We're looking for a warm and motivated experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist, or a cross-trained Dental Assistant with front desk experience, who enjoys building relationships, supporting patients and helping create a well-organised, productive practice.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the very first phone call through to the completion of treatment.

You'll manage the day-to-day reception function while supporting the team to ensure our practice runs efficiently and our patients receive outstanding care.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and families
- Managing phone calls, emails and patient enquiries
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Processing payments and patient accounts
- Managing routine patient communications
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Assisting with administrative tasks and helping the team wherever required

Roster

Permanent 2 Days Per Week:

- Thursday, 9:30am–6:00pm
- Saturday, 8:30am–6:30pm

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Previous dental reception experience, or a cross-trained dental assistant with front-desk experience
- Warm, professional and confident with patients and parents
- Organised,



reliable and comfortable taking ownership
- Able to manage calls, emails, bookings, payments and routine patient communications
- Coachable and able to learn Glow’s systems quickly
- Comfortable working within a small team and helping wherever required
- Looking for a stable, long-term position

Orthodontic experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
